Wimbledon Studios, The Street Set 2017

The Street Set project was to renovate an existing set that has stood for nearly 30 years. The original Studios installed the set as an exterior set used for "The Bill", "Family Affairs" and many programs to date.

The brief was to rejuvenate the street to modern day London as it was appearing dated and had minimum use for shoots. The Street set is still in demand and filming restrictions by councils in certain parts of London, this gives the opportunity for crews to film unrestricted. This ‘ Street Set’ is part of Wimbledon Studios, this is one of the only places in London that can offer this facility.

The Street had to be made accessible for film, commercials, TV and editorial shoots. The budget was set and the time was 10 weeks in completion. I designed, project managed and worked alongside Supersets the construction company.
